In January 2012 we implemented an innovative green measure at our Baner apartments Krishna Sai Nivas to mitigate the hazardous effects of excessive electromagnetic radiation from surrounding cell, TV and FM towers. With this measure guests are protected from the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation thus providing a more healthy indoor environment.
We are happy to let you know that with this Krishna Sai Nivas is the first hospitality building in India to implement such a green measure and has thus secured a place in Limca Book of Records 2013 for the same.
In January 2016 we have installed a 5kW solar power pack to cater the entire lighting load of our Baner Service Apartment building, a new step to further reduce our carbon footprint and make our apartments more eco-friendly.
